ISO an oven for pesach that fits 9x13 pans that’s strong enough to cook with but small enough to store away. Will not have access to a regular stove

I’m also looking for one, preferably not more than $200 but still good quality that can safely withstand being on for hours at a time.

Im familiar with that one, it may be better quality and may last longer, but this one is much bigger, and fits way bigger pans and some years are sold by Duddy's and Buzz before Pesach:

Theres only one other thats this size but its much more money, this Waring.

Does the avanti work well? I find these convection ovens to bake unevenly, off temperatures. Even roast chicken needs to be adjusted. Kugel lopsided. Cakes forget about.

Its definitely not as reliable as a regular oven, but its ok. You can use an oven thermometer for a few dollars. Ive baked cakes in it. Its one of those appliances that arent meant to last too long, for those who need them all year long, but will definitely survive a few Pesachs, a week or two at a time.

Does this one work well? Or is it more of the uneven bake, off temperatures? A problem for cakes?

It has great ratings on Amazon but the specs say its 0.8 cu ft interior.
Thats half the size of the Avanti. You can fit 1 9X13 instead of the Avanti where if u slightly bend the foil tins you can bake in 4 9 x 13 tins at a time.
