Urn is being repaired. What can I use for Hot Water for one week or maximum two weeks if I dont get it back? I dont leave a Blech on.

It would be a shame to buy a new one just for this short a time, or make my Pesach one Chametzdik.

Just for shabbos? Do you have a neighbor you can 'borrow' from?

get a medium size thermos. its well worth keeping this in the house. I use it when I travel and leave early in the morning. I used to use it to take to work before the kitchen there got setup. it has a lot of uses. and its relatively cheap to buy and not too big to keep in the house. I bought one and the water I put in there stayed hot for 24 hrs. boiling hot. it was amazing to see how good they work.
