I want to give my cleaning lady an extra $20 because she worked harder than usual this week. How do I give it? She doesn't understand much English. Do I just give it to her and not say anything? Do I give it and say that the extra $ is a thank you?

“This for you” (point finger at her)
“You do very good! Nice!” (Pointing fingers around your house and smiling!

lol I actually speak in proper sentences.
I want to know a proper sentence that's easy to understand that'll explain why I'm giving it To her.
Or I can write a card using google translate

I put it in a separate sealed envelope so it's easy to understand. I write thank you and try to write it in her language too through Google translate.
