Hi
Is anyone familiar with goat's milk?
Where can I purchase Cholov Yisrael goat's milk in america(NY)?
Does it have the same allergen component of cow's milk?
Thanks

I was looking into buying cholov yisroel goats milk a few months ago. during the warm months most grocery stores in CH carry it but in the winter the goats don't produce as much milk and none of the stores carry it.

I can't tell you where to get it in the states, but I can tell you about it. Israel's largest organic goat farm is near me and the owner is our friends. There is no milk in winter because the goats are usually pregnant.
It has less protein than cow's milk and it makes less congestion. Straight out of the goat it kills mouth sores quickly in babies and adults. It is better for asthmatics. I had a child with a lot of congestion in his ears causing a cycle of antibiotics. Fom 2-13 he had only goats milk and it stopped.
It also can make deficious cheese, yogurt and lebane.
