My favorite dressing that I make is a similar recipe to Bubbles, but I use splenda and add dill to it.
I also like mayo with salsa and taco seasoning to go with taco salad.
Splenda, soy sauce, vinegar, salt also tastes great.

I like the recipe from KBD, the fandango salad. Let me see if I can remember what I put in it:
Dressing (makes enough for lots of salads):
2/3 c. frozen raspberries
1/8 c.- 1/4 c. sugar (I use less than the recipe)
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 T. dijon mustard
1/8th of a red onion, minced
1 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
BLEND!
Salad:
green leafy lettuce
walnuts
goat cheese (if milchigs) or blue cheese
crutons
Craisins
Yummy!
