It can be located in NY or Toronto.

I got my gown in january for sil's wedding at bridal couture on new utrecht & either 48 or 49. I liked the selection.

you can try berkowitz gown gemach on 18th between 49th and 50th (driveway entrance) - I don't know the exact address but they are open for trying on at 8pm for a couple of hours every tuesday.
