sorry I didn't reply sooner, here's the recipe. Ok, I didn't get an answre about freezing, but I did it...so I guess we'll find out!
12 frozen blintze (cheese...or any flavor!)
4 eggs
4 T. margarine (I use pam-type spray)
1/2 cup sugar
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
preheat over at 375.
melt margarine in lasagna pan (or spray with pam-type spray). Place blintzes in pan in 2 rows. set aside.
mix sugar, vanilla, sour cream and eggs. pour over blintzes.
bake 30-40 min or until edges are golden brown.
enjoy!
