Low Fat/No Fat Cheesecake Needed!

So the title pretty much sums it up. If you make a no fat or very low fat cheesecake, please tell me how you do it. Because I am planning to eat many, many cheesecakes this year and I hope some of them will be low fat.

16 oz cottage cheese (non fat)
6 or 8 oz vanilla nonfat yogurt (mehadrin's fit and free works best)
2 eggs
3-4 tablespoons farina
8 packets of splenda (not sure how much it comes out to in cups) [recipe calls for a little less, but I prefer more]
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Pour into nine inch pan, bake at 350 for 45-60 min till done.

here's 2 different recipes, that are pretty good, though nothing is like real cheese cake.

12 oz. slim u farmer cheese
2 T Normans 1/2% cheese spread (red container)
1 cap vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 heaping T splenda
1 dash lemon juice

mix by hand, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
bake 20-25 min. in 7" pie pan


16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 caps vanilla
1 dash lemon
8 oz. Norman 1/2% cheese spread (red container)
6 T splenda
blend except cottage cheese, mix in cottage cheese, blend again
bake 35 min. in 8" round pan
cool in oven

I also sometimes make a crust with some kind of cookie or biscotti that's not too fattening mixed with smart balance, you could do that with either.
