How long does food last in the fridge?

I made a lot of food for Shabbos and I wonder if I can reheat and serve for the last days? For example chicken soup, potato kugel, apple crisp and corn salad.

I think after a week I would throw it out any food. but some foods are better over time. mayonnaise salads smell first, but I wouldn't keep for longer than 3-4 days, but that's me.

the only thing I would question is the corn salad. the other stuff should be fine ( though not as good as fresh) Smile
