I dont have one myself, but I've looked into it and saw that Graco makes an in-line double stroller w/ those features. I think it's called Quatro Tour or s/t like that and it looks pretty nice.

Also, not 100% sure, but either Zooper or Baby Planet make a side by side stroller where u can click a car seat into one of the seats. look it up online.

the valco double, and baby jogger, the new valco, also accommodates a car seat.

The graco quattro tour, is a behemouth, Its huge, heavy and hard to steer, I would not get it. The graco duo glider also accommodates a car seat, it is also a bit heavy and hard to steer, but way better then the quattro.

If your toddler is big enough a sit and stand might work for you.
