I want to use up an unstarted oatmeal (Quaker Oats in round container) before Pesach. I'd like a recipe for the best Oatmeal cookies ever. Also, an Oatmeal crisp that I can make a few of and freeze.

Best oatmeal cookies I have ever made has got to be the oatmeal and raisin cookie recipe from the spice and spirit cookbook.

At the risk of stating the obvious, I will throw in my two cents worth: The best oatmeal cookies are the ones on the Quaker oats box! Easy, classic, delicious. If you want to try something more "gourmet", just vary the raisins with choc. chips, craisins, or even my favorite, (pareve) chocolate-covered raisins. Enjoy!!!
