Does anyone know if this holds ture?! Eating a hight protein diet increases bust???
Talking about after you have matured not as a growing adult.
I wonder if I still have hopes in getting bigger the 'healthy' way.

Nope. Work out your chest muscles (and eat protein after workout if you want ). It will help boost your bustline.

When you work out your chest muscles you push out your breasts so they seem larger. You can't increase your cup size naturally other than by weight gain but you can make your chest seem firmer and more defined by working out.

What muscles below the bustline?
You can do weights, push-ups, or pretty much any upper body workout that targets the chest...

pregnancy and nursing can increase chest size. Though it can increase everything else size, too.

from what I understand, it is also possible to overly tone this area, thus making it appear that you have an even smaller chest.

doncha remember the exercise ... elbows at your sides and pull back:
"I must I must I must increase my bust
the bigger the better the tighter the sweater
the boys will look at us
if nature has forgotten
we'll fill our bras with cotton
and when we wear a 30D
all the boys will look at me"
