I have a recipe that calls for roasting beets, but I dont know to roast. does anyone know how I go about doing that?

Wash them well and let them dry. Wrap them well in foil and bake till soft. (Varies on the size of the beets.)
They are delicious this way!!
(What's the recipe?)

I roast beats on pesach. You peel them and put them in a 9x13 pan with water. Cover and bake on 375 till a knife inserted is smooth. Can take a while.

I scrub them and slice them thinly. Put on a greased baking sheet and bake until tender at 400.
