1/2 box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen spinach, cooked and drained
3 eggs
3/4 cup soy milk
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) margarine, melted
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Mix together, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

2 pkg spinach, thawed and well drained
In a large bowl, mix spinach with 4 eggs, 1/4 cup mayo. 2 T minced onion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder. Mix well.

grease a square pan, and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs, just enough to cover bottom with thin layer. pour spinach mixture over this, then top with another thin layer of crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

I tried your receipe (w/o mushrooms) & I think I put in too much macaroni (I am a novice when it comes to cooking). Is there any way to "fix it", maybe add more eggs & re-bake? Other than that it tasted really good Smile
