I bought the old city cafe noodles and I tried peeling off the hebrew sticker and it ripped:( now I cant read the hebrew or the english....I see something abt putting margarine and cheese mix and milk....is the milk neccessary??

the milk makes it more creamy. it may not be so creamy if u dont put it in.
basically add about tbsp marg and the powder and splash of milk and mix till creamy
