I find all the Hachai books really good. They are very age appropriate. Look on their website at www.hachai.com but I don't think you can buy direct from them.

There are some awsome chanukah books out there!
Two that come to mind right away are "Just Enough Is Plenty" and , oy vey, the name is slipping my mind but it's about a magic frying pan and they say "latkes latkes good to eat" and to make it stop they say " a great miracle happened there". The pictures in both are great. I myself enjoy reading both over and over (when we find them in the library).
There is a great Sukkos book called "The sukkah that I built" my 4 year old knows it by heart.
Two others my 4 year old really enjoys are "Fishy Friday" and "When I Fell into my kiddush cup"
You can find most of those at Judaica-World.com, as well as a ton of other awsome books!!
There are of course a zillion others but those jump to mind first.

for boys: When I grow up im going to be a fireman, also hachai. my boy loves it. pair it with a fire hat, well, you're good to go as the best gift giver!
