From Kashrut.com, I love this one:
Tomato Gefilte Fish
Sauté onions, place over Gefilte fish roll, add 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1 can tomato sauce, cook or bake at 350oF or 160oC for a minimum of one and 1/2 hours.

This is super-easy and always requested. The recipe is for two loaves, but you can adjust it accordingly.
Unwrap from paper (don't defrost) two loaves of fish. Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Add to pan one chopped green pepper, one large chopped onion, one (drained) can mushroom pieces, and 3 cans of Rokeach tomato sauce with mushrooms. (Yes, 3 cans). Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 350. If you don't like it "crusty," then every half hour or so, take a wooden spoon and "scrape" off the top a bit. I'm not kidding, when you serve this you will not have leftovers!
