I think there are passover hotel packages in Marbella (Spain), Rimini (Italy).
Also several choices in France I think mostly around Cannes, as well as in
Switzerland.
Check Jewish Chronicle or Totally Jewish website--I suspect there must be
plenty of ads (though you really need to inquire about kitniyot,
if non-sedarim meals are also mehadrin, separate swimming/spa, language
of majority of clients etc).

one of my friends went to one once in eastern europe - maybe hungary. probably much cheaper there.

I have a few friends who went somewhere in Italy and really enjoyed it.
But you can just go through any of the weekly papers/magazines.
Hamodia, Mishpacha, Jewish Press etc.
There are plenty of advertisements there!
