I use carrots, zucchini, celery, onions, cabbage, baby corn, mung bean sprouts and mushrooms. Saute with soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper and salt. I boil spaghetti up, drain, add to the veggies. Mix and serve.

boil chinese style thickish noodles

fry chicken (can use leftover chicken, or chicken from soup instead) or can use scrambled eggs

in a big pot/pan, add a bit of oil

add any veggies really- julienned cabbage, carrots, broccoli, peppers, etc (sometimes I boil the carrots for a few min)

add noodles, meat/eggs

stir and add garlic, sugar, ginger and soy

I dont know quantities, I taste as I go along, its on the back of one of the noodle packs
good luck!
