What can you do with alphabet noodles besides soup?

Looking for an easy side dish with turkey. I'm out of rice but found alphabet noodles. Ideas?

Cook them up and mix with fried onions and mushrooms.

did it -yum!
onion, canned mushroom, margarine (non-hydrog, don;t worry!), soy sauce, thyme, chives, s &P.

also left some plain and put pasta sauce on for picky 5 y.o. --who was very excited to get alphabet noodlesm and asked me to have a party and serve it to her cousins! Lady

You can also saute/toast them in a pan, then add rice with however much liquid you need with the rice. The toasted pasta gives a GREAT flavor. I usually do this with linguini, but alphabet noodles would be great.

When I saw the title of the post I thought, uh, art projects? Very Happy

you can also open a tin of tomato puree add water and some garlic powder salt maybe some chicken sou powder and the alphabet noodles, let boil till water almost dries up. cook almost before serving so its not too dry when serving
