On impulse, I recently bought won-ton wrappers in order to make my own egg rolls.
BUT HOW DO I MAKE THEM???

I'm assuming I just sautee the cole slaw mix, and then add salt and soy sauce.
Please advise a clueless cook!

ALSO- how can I get them to be crispy without deep frying?

I sautee a diced onion, add the coleslaw, then ginger and soy sauce. If I have chicken, I slice that into small pieces and add it as well.

I've never made it without deep frying.

You could also make potstickers, I found a recipe for it on recipezaar and it doesn't involve deep frying.

Defy- when you deep fry them, do I need to put a few inches of oil in my pot, or can I fry them in a pan to make the 'skins' crisp?
