Does anyone have any suggestions as to a good recipe for a birthday cake for 2 year old? I'd love to do something slightly fancy if it's not too much work...

4 eggs
3c flour
2c sugar
1c oil
1c water
1tsp vanilla
If you're using non-self raising flour, then you also need to add 1 pkg. baking powder and 1.5tsp salt to the recipe. If you want to make it chocolate use 1/2c less flour and 1/2c cocoa.
