Deli roll ??

I made a chicken sausage roll using puff pastry. I cut off the end and froze the rest. The problem is its all raw in side and I want to use it for Shabbos. Can I slice it and bake it more? Or is it all ruined and I should
throw it out

After I rolled it, I made it into a ring then made slices about 2/3 of the way through then kind of petaled them out a little more then baked.
