What do you take as a meal to a new mother?

Big salad
Hearty soup
chicken nuggets (for the kids)
ambrosia

For the soup I like to make a triple recipe and freeze the extra and take that as well - so when the meals stop in a week or two, she'll still have some easy dinners in the freezer (or at least one less thing to make for shabbos).

I make my world famous chicken with vedgies and yummy healthy rice, everyone asks me for the recipe, and there is none, just throw on duck sauce and a ton of spices, and your done!
