How long do you bake it for and at what temp?

Also, I only have vanilla extract, can I use that instead of vanilla sugar?

I bake on 350 but every oven diff. so after an hour stick a toothpick in and see if it has batter also you could use extract t there totally interchangable

Yes, you can use 1 tsp vanilla extract instead of 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar, SV.
I divide my cakes into two 8x8 cake pans, so I would stick in a toothpick after 45 minutes to check and see if it comes out clean.

I am confused, the topping has no margarine, only flour and sugar and vanilla sugar?

I know you asked this a couple of years ago but figured I'd clarify for you now that I saw your question.

Vanilla Crumb Cake
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine (3/4 cup)
1/2 cup oil
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup coffee creamer/whitener or liquid topping
3 tsp baking powder

Combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, margarine and oil until crumbs form. Reserve 1 cup.
To the remaining crumbs, add the eggs, creamer and baking power and mix until smooth batter forms.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan or divide into two 8x8 square pans. Top with reserved crumbs.
Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 40-55 minutes.
