unless you suspect allergies--absolutely! I used to blenderize tofu with other stuff like sweet potato or butternut squash and feed it to my tots. I used to freeze the mixture, too, but when thawed it was sort of grainy, not creamy smooth the way it was when first made.

As far as I know, tofu should be cooked before eating. You could do what Chen suggests and steam it first.

tofu does not have to be cooked first, though cooking with other ingredients gives it taste and color. I used to give it to my children out of the carton, mixed with the other stuff to give it some taste. I know people who eat it straight or doused with soy sauce, ketchup, chrain, whatever.
btw, if you cut up firm or extra-firm tofu into chunks and heat it up in chicken soup, it tastes like kneidlach.
