I went to my dhs yeshiva and I needed some milk for my baby but all I found in the fridge was expired )or so I thought) milk. when I told my dh that I couldnt find any milk he told me I could use the expired milk because the cook freezes the bottles (the dont have such easy access to chalav israel milk in the yeshiva) so I thought what a great idea! sometimes I get stuck w/o milk and I cant buy more than one cuz my ds wont finish it, so this week I bought 2 and froze one
so my q is how do I know when it really expires???

We also keep milk in freezer, sometimes up to 1month. No noticeable difference once defrosted. You just have to shake it beforehand if fatty bit tends to float to the top.

I agree smell it when it smells horrible dont use it. we always freeze milk we buy a bout ten to twenty bottles at a time and freeze it
