I made challa last week. It was terrible! the texture was crumbly. What did I do wrong?
I used my kitchenaid. I think it didn't knead enough or maybe too much?
If anyone uses a kitchenaid to make challa, please tell me how long and on what number you mix it on.
Or maybe it didn't rise enough????
anyone know?
