Pediatrician gave me a prescription for ear drops, but I am wondering if there is something natural I can use. Any suggestions?

Ordinary 3% hydrogen peroxide or a solution of baking soda. Neither is a "cure" as wax production is a natural, normal and necessary function, but either will loosen/soften the wax plug so you can rinse it out with a gentle stream of water.
There is also a nonprecription product called Debrox.

DS wears hearing aids, so he always hax wax build up, the ENT told up this...
5 drops 3% hydrogen peroxide with medice dropper in each ear several minutes BEFORE shower or bath once a week. Let the water get into the ears to wash out the wax.
