Another question - what's the difference between fungal and yeast diaper rash???? I can't remember what the doctor told me about that. Thanks!

Fungal is yeast
It usually starts out as spots, many times in the creases or top area.

Just a little note, when my babies had it that bad, the pediatrician suggested washing the area with Hibuclens a few times a day before applying the creams, etc. Good luck!

I have a bottle of Hibiclens right here. Under Warnings it says do not use in the genital area. Not saying your doctor is wrong. Just saying that in light of the warning, I'd double and triple check the safety of that.
