DD is 6 months and Thursday morning had FIVE (5) shots (3 standard + 2 flu)
Last night (Shabbos) she broke out in hives.
Don't know if the shots caused it. Her leg where one of the injections sites is is hard and red and warm.
Tuesday night she had some mashed potatoes with soy milk in them for the first time, and yesterday morning and night she had pears for the first time.
Luckily there were some community members who are both PAs who live around the corner from the friends house we were eating at. We went over and they looked her over, gave her bendryl and told us what to loom out for. (see other thread I will be writing re: that). By that time, the hives had spread over most of her stomach but she was acting fine
That helped, and the hives went away, and this morning a few had come back, but not many, so we gave her more benedryl.
So now I have to wait until Monday to call the Dr.
So do you think it was the shots or the food?

I'm not sure, but I 100% don't think you need to wait until Monday to call the dr. This is a very appropriate question to ask your ped about (ie. Are the hives indicative of anything, if so what? How should I treat them? etc.)
This isn't something I'd contact the dr. about at 1am, but at 6p (EST) on a sat night, I think it's ok.
