Hi! I wonder if there is a list of substitutions and equivalents that can be referred to for cooking and baking, something like soy milk or rice milk for regular milk. Or honey for molasses etc.

How much margarine equals one tablespoon and so on. I think it would be helpful if it would be located in one place.
