Foil pans is the halacha question I have do they need to be kosher and if they do how do I find out if they are?
if anyone knows please let me know asap!!

Some pans may be coated with a non kosher thing so some people wash the pan with soap and water before they use it. You really need to find out from your own rabbi what you do.

In Israel they come with a hechsher which is made by an impression on the foil. Do they have these in the states?

yes but they are twice the price of the regular ones.
Most people hold that if you use them as disposables, you don't need to toivel them. Some people toivel them.

the hechsher is so that you don't have to toivel it after using it one time bec its made by jews. otherwise, I think like mommy3.5 said after once you prob have to toivel
ask a rav.
