where in NY is a good place to buy long warm winter skirts. Especially interested in places in Queens (KGH), Brooklyn and Manhattan.

I just bought two of them at Talbots. They have a sale (extra 25% off on sale items) You may be able to find them online. They come in brown, green or black. Felt/wool and lined and warm- ankle length. You may be able to get them online.
