What services do you need?
Your service coordinator should be able to provide you with a list of agencies. Or if you know of a therapist you want to use, contact that therapist first and find out what agency they work from -

Challenge has an office in Queens that services Far Rockaway, but I don't know about LI.
Their # is 997-7029.
