or
Dr. Nanja (dont know first name)

They r both pediatric nuerologists - any info would be apprecated TIA!

I went once I was 16. He didn't really do much to judge you know? I didn't even really need to go, I still don't know why I went....
He was nice though listened to what my parents had to say and was open to their requests. That I remember. He likes to talk.

I don't know Dr Nanja. I know and have worked with Dr Pavlakis for many years and he is an excellent, world renowned neurologist. I have also used him for my own son and he was excellent as well.

IIRC, Pavlakis is the dr who treated a child who was in my class a couple of years ago (it was either the child with a seizure disorder one one where we suspected that the child was having seizures). He's supposed to be tops.

I just realize that his name sounds very familiar. I think he was at my son's yeshiva last year, giving the guys a lesson on the human brain.

does anyoone have the nubmer for Dr.Pavlakis? the nubmer that I got was a fax number and when I googled it I got maimonidies childrens hospital Confused

I have heard that Dr. Gold in Manhattan is supposed to be tops, if you are interested, pm me and I will try to get his info.

For Dr. Pavlakis you can try calling Maimonides main phone number (718)283-6000 and ask for Dr. Pavlakis.

I've been using Dr. Pavlakis for one of my children, and I'm very happy with him. When we started out with a minor concern that escalated into something more serious, I was very impressed to have him respond to emergency calls at night, and not some resident. If he's not on call, an associate is. You don't necessry get that at the Manhattan hospitals. For appointments - 718-283-8260

I used Dr. Romaine Shubert as a kid and lost touch with her. She was AMAZING. she is in methodist now? thanks for the info.
