Looking for saucy chicken recipes. And here's the challenge:
no ketchup
no soy sauce
no chili sauce
no mustard
no onion soup
no mayo (ok- maybe a tiny bit of mayo)
no other stuff that are high in sodium
Breading and herbs and spices are good but I'm looking for sauces.
Thanks!

A can of pineapples (chunks, including the juice).
YUM. Very good with rice.

Cranberry sauce (with whole cranberries) and French dressing. (I also add onion soup mix to the sauce but you can leave it out, maybe use some onion powder instead?)

Orange juice, or orange marmalade - tangy and delicious!

Coq au vin (red wine)
You can also marinate pieces in white wine and italian dressing
Curry sauce
