Hello ladies!
I usually make breaded boneless, skinless chicken breasts for Friday night dinner and am looking for something a little different for this week. Any recommendations for something different that a 3 year old would also eat? I still have some time to go the store.
I'm not such a big fan of the whole honey mustard thing.
TIA!

I dredge chicken in flour, brown it on both sides.
Then I make this sauce and pour it over the chicken:
Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe #28766
40 min | 10 min prep
SERVES 4
* 3 green onions with tops, chopped
* 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
* 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 1/4 cup dry white wine
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1. Saute green onion in butter until tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over low heat 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
I usually add some flour to the onions and mushrooms, and then add some liquid so it's more of a sauce. I also generally double the recipe.

Defy,
I just got back from being out of town last week, but wanted to let you know that I made this chicken last Friday and it came out sooo great! My husband said it was like eating at a high end restaurant!
Thanks again!
