Anyone have a recipe for "cookies and cream" pareve ice cream? Someone told me that they were recently served an amazing one. I have a regular vanilla pareve ice cream recipe that's ok but not "amazing". So is there something new out there or is it a matter of taste? (The recipe I has 4 separated eggs, 1 whip, vanilla and some sugar).

I don't like using raw eggs (not that whip is really better...)
Mix one 16 oz fully defrosted whip with crushed and chopped chocolate sandwich cookies (use a spoon not a mixer to mix). Pour into chocolate graham cracker pie crust and freeze.
The filling tastes exactly like cookie and cream ice cream. It is delicious.

This recipe is super easy!
2 non-frozen containers of Rich's Whip
around 12 pareve sandwich cookies
vanilla graham pie crust
Crush the cookies in a ziplock bag till they are very fine. Pour the 2 containers of Rich's Whip into the bag. Shake it up and then pour into the pie crust. If you want it to look pretty, crush a few more cookies up and sprinkle it on top. Freeze it and enjoy!

I use this recipe all the time. The kids love it! They also love crushing the cookies.
