Just a plug here for how awesome these are! Ziploc brand makes them- not so cheap, but you can reuse them a bunch. (the box says it isn't recommended because of cross-contamination but I rinse mine out each time so I think it's fine.) you just cut up your veggies- squash, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc, put it in the bag with spices and a bit of water, and microwave it. The bags come printed with the amount of time you need to microwave it! I love these- they've gotten me eating a lot more veggies because they are so simple to prepare. you can do fish or chicken too, but I haven't tried that.

Not to mention all the delicious plastic chemicals you get to eat along with your veggies too. I hope you did a little research into this, I cannot imagine that it's not getting into your food.
