so glatt mart has this pepper ccrusted pastrami roast thart all u do is boil it and it must be served right out of the water. how would I do this on shabbos?

In case another person like me finds this in a search, I thought I'd post a belated reply. I haven't made pastrami roast before, but if it works like corned beef, here's what you can do. Cook the roast early so it has time to cool. Keep the cooking liquid. Remove the roast from the liquid, slice it and put the slices back into the liquid. Try to get them fully submerged, if you can. Put the pot with the sliced meat and liquid on the blech before Shabbat. The meat will continue to tenderize in the broth a little, and by the time dinner gets served, it should be delicious.
