My baby was never officially diagnosed, but seemed to have a milk protein sensitivity, so I have been avoiding milk products, now that pesach is coming I am debating if I should try and see if she is still sensitive.
When is a good age to try and see if she is sensitive?
If she is already eating solids, should I just give her something? or should I try eating something and then see if she is sensitive

She's 10 months old now, I've never given her soy, I have been avoiding soy as well, although now I am more lax for myself...I still dont have Soy milk for instance, but I wont avoid something that has soy listed as one of the last ingredients.
The problem partly that she is in general a fussy baby, so it's hard to say, that she is even more fussy because of something that I ate
