Anyone know the halacha of using a Brita Filter pitcher on shabbos? Is it borer?

only thing I heard in reference to brita was about refilling it. only someone who drinks tap water too should refill the pitcher. im not a rabbi , but this is what I heard.

I seem to remember that if the water was drinkable before filtering, it's fine to use on shabbes.
