The maturity notice came from Park Avenue Bank envelope... I dont think they're open at their locations anymore.

Do you go to Valley Bank?

Anyone had any problems redeeming their CDs?

Are you sure their branches aren't open under the Valley National Bank ownership? I was under the impression that they continued normal operations under the new ownership, as did Liberty Pointe Bank. If you go to a Valley, they may not be equipped to help you yet. They'll notify you when the merge is complete and you can then bank at any Valley branch.

I just checked their website, and it says to continue banking as usual. They will notify you in several weeks when the transition is complete.

In Brooklyn, Park Avenue is still open under Valley.
