Ceasar Salad
1 C Mayo

1/4 C water
1/4 C sugar
2 cubes garlic
Squirt of mustard

Mix lettuce with peppers, tom and cuc. pour dressing on top and sprinkle craisins and croutons on top.

When I'm in a hurry, I just squeeze on some lemon juice, sprinkle salt n pepper, and it's great! Sometimes a little sugar too just for variety... Wink

I have 2 really good dressings.

This one I usually put on lettuce, corn, shnitzel and sometimes avocados and mushrooms.
The dressing has mayo, whole grain mustard, honey and lemon juice.

The second one I usually put on a salad of just lettuce and sometimes mushrooms.
The dressing is:
2 parts oil
1 part white vinegar
some mayo to make it creamy
a little mustard
fresh crushed garlic

Both are great!
