IKEA!
For less than $500 I put the whole room together with the crib (that does turn into a toddler bed if needed), an amoire, and a dresser.

I have a Legacy crib (made by Childcraft). It converts & cost me $400 (about).

Another vote for IKEA, we have the SNIGLAR, and love it. It looks great and is much easier to get the baby in and out of than a lot of other cribs we looked at. (It looks plain to begin with, but with pretty bedding it looks great).

There's this fabulous company -real strong-called Bonavida. They have a specific one that's being discontinued. I think you can get the crib and the 5 drawer for about 600-700. It's beautiful too.Antique look. I got it for 875-was supposed to be bargain but pple are now saying it's going for less. At least in my area. Good Luck! It doesnt convert into toddler bed ,though.
