apparently stuffed pasta sheels...

I have never ever tried it before but according to all my lovely friends on this site the pasta shells are cooked slightly BEFORE they are stuffed making the baking process a breeze...

No bake lasagna, with regular noodles, not no bake. My recipe calls for pouring a cup of water around the perimeter and covering tightly.

And if this is for kashrus reasons, CYLOR about what milchig you can make in the oven. His rebbetzin may have some ideas too.

If it's covered, who cares how liquidy it is?

Bingo. I was referring to dry open milchigs that may not render an oven milchig, e.g. (according to some) pizza. Not that pizza's necessarily on the menu for Shavuos but just an illustration.
