Universal pre-kindergarten?
Other than that, except for children with special needs, not that I know of.

Do you mean this? http://www.emsc.nysed.gov/nurseryschool/
I can only find how to get schools certified. I was curious how parents could get tuition help.

You have to legally pay your worker, and then you can claim it on your child care credit when you file taxes.

Is that a credit for a full time babysitter or a nursery school? Do you know of actual assistance rather than tax credits?

I used either babysitting or tuition until it wasn't legal to anymore. Now that my son is in college, we get something back for that.
