My 6 year old ds has a blackhead pimple on his cute little nose. How can I get rid of it? I'm at a complete loss!

put a warm washcloth on it for a while until it loosens and then wash your hands well and gently press with a tissue on both sides to get it out. Put a drop of alcohol on it to dry it off and keep it clean.

This is the way to do it.
You can also do it after a hot shower, when his pores are open. Just make sure to have clean hands and to clean the area with alcohol after you remove it.
Use your nails when you press to extract the blackhead.
