does anyone know of a kosher company that sells this? whats the difference with regular noodles? I never saw them oh, the bina magazine has a recipe collection this week and I dont know where to buy this can anyone help?

Nasoya makes Asian refrigerated noodles. I once had a supermarket which carries some of their products (Landau's) special order some for me.

I wasn't able to duplicate the lo mein noodles that Glatt Kosher Family serves, with the Asian noodles refrigerated noodles though.
So I say just go with the linguini pasta (a thinner version of fettuccini - a flatter version of spaghetti) that the recipe you are referring to suggests as a substitute. (You can find linguini at Landau's, Shoprite, Pathmark...)
