Nasoya makes Asian refrigerated noodles. I once had a supermarket which carries some of their products (Landau's) special order some for me.

thanks for your answer. I am wondering if fettucini pasta is similar?

Refrigerated noodles have a very different texture than regular pasta like fettuccini.
I wasn't able to duplicate the lo mein noodles that Glatt Kosher Family serves, with the Asian noodles refrigerated noodles though.
So I say just go with the linguini pasta (a thinner version of fettuccini - a flatter version of spaghetti) that the recipe you are referring to suggests as a substitute. (You can find linguini at Landau's, Shoprite, Pathmark...)
